"Sean was really helpful. I was anxious about switching insurance companies because I had been with my current company for 9 years but they were getting way too expensive. The online quote for the exact same policy was $121 cheaper.
Sean worked with me to look over the plan more thoroughly and even though the price went up, I did get a lot more coverage for my auto and rental so it was worth it.
I may not have saved $121 but I still saved $82 and that’s better than nothing. Saving is saving.
Sean was also really patient and explained things to me because with insurance policies, canceling one and starting a new one, how the billing cycles work can get me confused. I’ve been blindsided in the past with other companies when changing services and getting bills I shouldn’t have so I appreciate that help from him."

"Hello, this afternoon I had the incredible pleasure of speaking with Jessica from State Farm over the phone to discuss insurance quotes and I have to say it was such an enjoyable and informative conversation that I was honestly sold on switching to State Farm less than 5 minuets into the conversation.
Jessica has such warmth and kindness to share with others and it was clear as soon as we started talking. I learned so, so much more about insurance and coverage during our conversation that I was not aware of until speaking with her, and it has changed my understanding of insurance as a whole.
Because of Jessica’s immense patience and knowledge of her industry I now have a much clearer understanding of what each part of my coverage entails and how incredibly important it is to have these items on a policy. She actively encouraged me to ask questions and she listened to me ramble about all sorts of things related to past experiences I’ve had that relate to insurance coverage. This is the first time I’ve had someone from any insurance company give such a large part of their time to listen to my questions and talk me through such important details of coverage and because of that I felt like Jessica, and State Farm as a whole, actually care about the wellbeing of my family and I.
Jessica shared that she used to be an elementary school teacher and that she greatly enjoys helping educate others; be it in the classroom or over the phone while discussing insurance options. This really makes sense because one of the marks of a fantastic educator, in any capacity, is patience: and Jessica has genuine patience for others to a degree I believe is actually rare. She cares, and it shows.
I rarely write reviews but when I’m treated with such kindness and warmth as I was today during our talk, I feel it’s extremely important and my responsibility to give back what I can to the person who took so much time and care to help me. If I were ever to be in a position of owning my own business I would hope to employ people with the qualities Jessica has because she has the qualities that bring in customers to be loyal followers to a brand or company.
Jessica mentioned during our talk that she especially enjoys working for State Farm and helping people learn more about the company and the policies because she knows State Farm is a company that genuinely cares about the lives and wellbeing of the policy holders and our families. And I 100% believe her, which is not something I ever expected to say in relation to an insurance company.
Due to some issues that we discovered during the end portion of our talk I was not able to sign up for coverage today, but I was absolutely ready too, and I absolutely still plan to as soon as my husband and I have discussed our coverage information. When you have someone like Jessica in your corner, you don’t lose that. So even though it didn’t happen today, Jessica absolutely made a soon-to-be customer of State Farm out of me today, and I plan to be back in touch in the next several days after my husband and I go over our options.
Jessica is someone I have never met who absolutely made my day today. I learned from her, she listened to me and answered all my many questions with unwavering patience and kindness, and I fully believe all of the wonderful things she said about State Farm. I don’t normally believe much when it comes to insurance agencies, so I have to stress that it’s a huge deal that I now fully believe State Farm cares about me and my family. And Jessica made that happen.
