"Evan was very professional and efficient with helping me get situated after leaving Liberty Mutual today. He completely helped me tailor my policy to my needs. Super easy to converse with (friendly, responsive, offered helpful advice re: policy questions) and the process felt about as frictionless as you could ask for when purchasing insurance.

Additionally, having talked with both Liberty Mutual and State Farm in nearly the same hour, the most stark contrast is that I am far more easily able to get a hold of someone at Kristin Staropoli's State Farm branch. It's not even remotely close. The Liberty Mutual automated system will just hang up on you after a few tries of failing to understand what you want. It feels like they don't want you to call. Not to mention I was paying significantly more.

Compared to Liberty Mutual, this was a complete breath of fresh air.

"Sean was extremely thorough in his work and finding out all necessary information for setting up a new policy with Statefarm — he was driven to make sure that when I switched from Progressive, that it would be completely worth it.

Not only did he increase my motorcycle insurance to $1M per person/property accident (originally $25k per person/$50k per accident with Progressive) but he also got me signed up with life insurance (which I find high value in when it comes to riding a motorcycle) and more coverage in my safety riding apparel.

"Sean was really helpful. I was anxious about switching insurance companies because I had been with my current company for 9 years but they were getting way too expensive. The online quote for the exact same policy was $121 cheaper.
Sean worked with me to look over the plan more thoroughly and even though the price went up, I did get a lot more coverage for my auto and rental so it was worth it.
