Also got me a lower rate on my auto insurance. He was also really quick and respectful of my time . 10/10 Shannon (sorry if I misspelled the same) and Kristian are both so kind . I am able to text my questions and if a call is needed they reach out by text asking if joes a good time . I used to think all insurance agents were the same but I stand corrected . I know this sounds crazy, but even if another insurance agency offered me lower rates, I would not move from the State Farm agent because all my needs are met and at a quick rate and with clear verbiage . My husband and I recently got married so lots of changes with insurance happened and everything was swift and easy for us . I could honestly go on and on but I will stop now ."
